Situated strategically to oversee the trade routes, it served as the residence of the Visconti family from Verbano. In 1449, the Borromeo family acquired this remarkable fortress.

Once inside the castle, a delightful journey awaits, guiding you through its grand historical halls. Recently, the castle has been further enhanced with the addition of the Sala Delle Maioliche, an extraordinary collection boasting an impressive count of 300 exquisite pieces.

The smallest space can comfortably seat up to 40 guests, while the largest option is the terrace, which can accommodate up to 350 people. In the case of larger weddings, it is also possible to reserve all the internal spaces, including the canteen, the noble courtyard, and the terrace, allowing for a total capacity of 990 individuals.
