This grand villa is a boutique “hotel” with 9 suites and has the feel of a private home. It is possible to book the complete villa which allows you to accommodate a total of 18 adults, 5 children under 12 and 2 babies, or subject to availability, it is possible to just book one or 2 suites. If we add the palazzo which will be ready in july 2021, this means that the overall on-site capacity will be 36 adults and 8 children under 12 years of age.

- Garden Suite: One bedroom, reading room, bathroom. Hidden between the lake and cliffs, this independent Suite of 55 m2 has the privilege of being surrounded by the property’s historical garden, in a quiet part of the property. It benefits from direct lake access and views. Garden Suite is located on two floors with access from the reading room, a bedroom overlooking the garden and facing the lake, down the stairs a large bathroom with shower and double sink.
- Pavilion: Two master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms - Large open salon - Terrace. Positioned on a cliff facing the lake. This independent area provides breathtaking views of the lake. With two master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with shower, a large living room, and a dining room with a service kitchen. In addition, a large private terrace with sun-beds and an umbrella overlooking the lake.
The minimum number of nights required is up to 2 nights and everything will be at your complete disposal.
The property is ideal for small intimate get-togethers, and you can choose from rooms in the main house, which have uninterrupted views of the lake, by the pool or the Garden Suite, which is a two-storey standalone villa down several steps and right by the jetty, where you can watch people jetting off in the resident Riva. The decor in each showcases the inimitable style Italians are famous for, with chic furniture and high-spec finishes. The villa’s lush green lawns and terraces, the interiors, the network of caves which run below the villa make this the perfect place to stay or to enjoy your Italian wedding on lake Como.
The options are as follows…
a) Stay here as a group or just come here to enjoy a holiday or honeymoon
b) For weddings of up to 12 people, we recommend "il Pavilion" as a place to set up the ceremony and the dinner. If there are more than 12, then we suggest the palazzo option. If a private dinner is required without exclusivity, then this is possible at the restaurant with other guests. The area will not be reserved which means that music would not be allowed as it may disturb the other residents.
c) If a "private" area for the dinner is required, it would be possible to have dinner on the lower level paying an extra fee, however, this is not something we would recommend as the times allowed are not very good, so if you feel that you really want more for the venue, we suggest total exclusivity of the villa which includes all the areas of the property (from the swimming pool on the upper level, going through the inside and outside the restaurant on the middle level, up to the Salone of the Palazzo, terrace and loggia and its cedar garden on the lower level. In this case, it would be the cost of the accommodation for 2 nights minimum and the rental fee to consider, plus all the extras like catering, photographer and so on.
Dinner is usually organised in the large Salone with a capacity of up to 160 persons. In case of bad weather, there is the Salone which is surrounded by ceiling floor window doors, giving an all-round view directly of the lake and the gardens. So it is like an "open space".
As far as Il palazzo ready for July 2021, this is a 200 sqm open floor reception area with a restored Terrazzo Alla Veneziana floor and 5m high ceiling, 20m long terrace on the lakefront with a 100-year-old cedar tree gardens. The palazzo is dedicated to events and provides 9 new top-quality luxury suites which face the lake.
