This is a restaurant that started life as a coffee house. The restaurant now offers a range of dining rooms: The Cherubini: Back in 1923 this room was declared “one of the most beautiful and characteristic restaurant rooms in Italy”. This room embodies the best traditions of the restaurant. The magnificent paintings of Giuseppe Cherubini give it a strong personality while simultaneously making it an intimate, jovial and relaxing location for a romantic evening meal. Then there is the Casanova. There simply had to be a homage to Venice’s most famous son. Casanova welcomes you from the walls of this elegant dining room, with an impeccable style that is perfect for private dinners. Then there is the Fenice, the biggest and most versatile of the three dining rooms, the Fenice can provide a great setting for birthday parties, transform rapidly into a refined buffet room for conferences and ceremonies, or host sumptuous wedding banquets. The delightful indoor garden is the perfect place for an aperitif.
As you walk into the restaurant off the terrace, you are immediately enveloped in an atmosphere of relaxed elegance.
Running alongside the two historical dining rooms, the terrace enjoys a spectacular view over the theatre square and provides a "panoramic" ambience for lunches, dinners and after-theatre drinks. A lovely spot with some great food on offer.
