villa celeste

A magnificent property edged by the rolling hills of the Chiana Valley. The panoramic views of the enchanting countryside are highlighted by the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona ( 12km, 20min.)  perched high on the hillside overlooking the Villa. A majestic property set in the rolling Tuscan countryside, Villa Margherita offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere to relax and enjoy your Italian experience. The  manicured gardens are adorned with roses and shade trees. An abundance of flowering shrubs surround the property and the fragrance of lavender can be enjoyed throughout the property.  Enjoy the ambience the patio and terrace provide or relax your day away in the pool. The Villa offers a respite in the quiet countryside and is an ideal base for exploring the cultural heritage of Tuscany and Umbria. The world class wines of Montepulciano, the Pecorino cheeses from Pienza and the ceramic artisans from Deruta are in close driving distance from the Villa. Siena, Orvieto, Gubbio and Assisi will fill your days with art and history, culture and cuisine.

The villa consists of two fully modern houses which have retained a traditional Tuscan architecture: terracotta-tiled floors and timber-beamed ceilings. The open space design in both kitchens house all the modern appliances and plentiful windows provide natural lighting throughout the day. In both houses, doors from the kitchen and living room open to the panoramic terraces that surround the villa. The spacious and cozy living room in the main house is adjacent to the kitchen and is complete with a fireplace. In each house there are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. Air-conditioning is available in both houses and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The two houses will comfortably accommodate two families or groups of friends, and the main kitchen, dining room and dining terrace are spacious enough for meals to be taken together.

This villa can accommodate up to 30/40 guests for your Italian wedding. Ref: 4198a.
